Registration is FREE for professional organizations. We encourage you to register by March 25, 2024 for our planning purposes but registration will be open until the day before the event.
We are pleased with the talent from area universities and are hoping in this "one stop shop" to introduce you to as many as possible.
You will be seeing only students who have just completed or are about to complete their undergraduate studies in performance, design, production and tech. Students who have been sponsored by their organization as ready for entry level employment (or beyond) in the entertainment industry.
Each representative from your organization who registers will receive:
- Access to the headshot & resumes of all the performers.
- Access to all the websites of the design/tech graduates.
- Admission to the LIVE event at the Moody Performing Arts Center in the Arts District of Dallas.
- Link to a recording of the auditions the day after the event.
When you register please let us know if you will be seeing the performance auditions, visiting with the design tech students or both.
